Before your visit:

My fee is $280 for a 50-minute session or $140 for a 30-minute session. I accept checks, cash, or Visa/Mastercard. I do not accept insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. I can give you a statement for you to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company.
I prescribe medication only if you are meeting with me regularly in psychotherapy.
Our work is strictly confidential. If you want me to communicate with anyone, you will need to sign a release of information.
Please call at least 24 hours in advance to change or cancel an appointment, or I will charge in full unless it is an emergency.
