In the first session, we will discuss your current problems and complaints and devise a plan of treatment. Psychotherapy once or twice weekly is the foundation required to build a therapeutic relationship.
We may find that your degree of distress is high enough that medication would be helpful, in which case we will work together to find the right medication or combination of medications in order to optimize your mood and level of functioning.
I have a holistic approach, and we can explore the benefits of body centered therapies, exercise, meditation, diet, and nutritional supplements.
